Business Development Manager – Partnerships & Growth The Ginstitute | Portobello Road, London (Hybrid) The Ginstitute is one of London’s most iconic immersive experiences. We are focused on expanding our commercial reach across hotels, concierges, event agencies, corporate clients and direct-to-consumer channels. We’re looking for a commercially driven Business Development Manager with an existing network in hospitality or corporate events, who can unlock growth quickly and help shape the future of our experience-led business.
What you’ll do
Grow partnerships with hotels, concierges & corporate event buyers
Leverage your existing network to unlock fast commercial wins
Manage agencies & experience platforms (Virgin Experience Days, GetYourGuide, Airbnb Experiences)
Support D2C growth through partnerships, listings & seasonal campaigns
Lead outreach, meetings, proposals & concierge training sessions
Optimise B2B and consumer funnels with marketing support
Represent The Ginstitute at events, tastings & brand experiences
What you bring
1–5 years’ experience in business development or partnerships
(hospitality, experiences or corporate events ideal)
Existing relationships with hotels, concierges or corporate clients
Confident communicator and natural relationship-builder
Organised, self-motivated and commercially driven
