The BNC Show | Tuesday 14th October 2025 | Mansion House London
London | £27,000 + commission & bonus potential | Full-time | Start date: ASAP
If you love the buzz of live events, are naturally organised, and know your way around a supplier call sheet, then you might just be the person we’re looking for. We're on the hunt for a bright, ambitious Junior Events Manager to join our small but mighty team at KIN London.
We’re a creative events agency that brings ideas to life - from Summer and Christmas parties, conferences and venue takeovers. We work across three brands - KIN London Bespoke, Shoreditch Gardens, and Christmas Social and we’re known for our eye for detail and people-first approach.
About the Role
This role is perfect for someone who’s had a bit of experience in the events world and is ready to step up. It’s hands-on, fast-paced and varied - no two days are the same, and you’ll be involved from first pitch to final debrief. One day you might be drafting a client proposal, the next you’re on-site managing logistics for a 250-guest event.
You’ll support our Event Managers with everything from sourcing venues and suppliers to writing proposals and attending client meetings. You’ll also lead on the ground - booking staff, overseeing set-ups and de-rigs, managing suppliers on-site, and making sure everything runs smoothly, on time, and within budget. If you're someone who thrives under pressure, loves being practical, organised and thinks outside the box whilst keeping calm when the unexpected happens, you're going to fit right in.
About you
We’re looking for someone who has at least a year or two of experience working in events, maybe at an agency, a venue, or a production company. You’ll need to be confident managing events on-site, comfortable liaising with clients and suppliers, and happy getting stuck into all aspects of the process, big or small. You don’t need to have it all figured out - we’ll support you but you should be someone who takes initiative, communicates clearly, and takes real pride in delivering something memorable.
If you know your way around the London venue scene, love crafting proposals, account managing clients and suppliers that’s even better.
What You’ll Get
In return, you’ll get a salary of £27,000, plus commission and bonus opportunities based on performance. You'll be part of a creative, supportive team with loads of opportunity to grow, and you’ll get stuck into exciting events that span everything from corporate to creative, across some of London’s most iconic spaces. We’ll also support your development, introduce you to industry networks, and make sure you’re part of every step of the journey.
