You will be working to facilitate the provision of a high quality responsive, operational HR service for all employees and managers. The job is challenging and diverse, and you will need to be organised and disciplined with a good attention to detail as you will play a crucial role within a busy team.

You will also provide a full administrative service to the HR team in terms of supporting activities such as recruitment, training and development, reward and benefit and be comfortable in providing good quality first line support to employees and managers. You will also work closely with other areas under the HR Directorate such as Health, Safety and Wellbeing, as well as Payroll and Pensions, so experience of similar workplace structures would be advantageous. 

The successful candidate will work with business owners, including through a dotted line to the Head of Project Management, to develop and deliver comprehensive change communications plans with an internal focus. You will be developing key messages and identifying the right communications and channels to get the best impact. As well as monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of change communications, you will support and guide members of the team on internal communications best practice and contribute to the development of a high-performing corporate affairs function. 

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Events and Marketing Executive to work as part of a great team to deliver our marketing initiatives and oversee the planning and execution of all events. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage the full marketing lifecycle while ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality events. The ideal candidate will be creative, organised, and skilled in both event management and marketing strategies, with a focus on enhancing brand awareness, engagement, and driving growth.  

A successful candidate will be a flexible, personable, self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can work both collaboratively and independently. A key member of the team, this role is reliant on interactions with the Marketing, Sales, Memberships and Operations teams.
