As a Senior Event Specialist within the London based team, you will be leading the internal client relationship, understanding business goals, proposing ideas (including venues) and delivering on all event logistics including delivery. Events include a range of corporate hospitality, external events, client experiences, seminars, receptions & conferences. These events are predominantly based in London, so an excellent knowledge of restaurants and unique venues is essential.

This is a small business with a great reputation for delivering an outstanding service and they are looking for someone to join the team 3 days a week (2 days in their Shoreditch office and 1-day WFH). From taking the initial enquiry from clients such as event planners, agencies, venues and private clients, you will prepare proposal documents, (experience of Canva is advantageous!) negotiate contracts and manage clients throughout the process.

They are seeking a candidate who excels in the technical production piece and can effectively lead teams to deliver amazing event experiences! As part of a team of 5, this role will involve full end to end event management on global level, working on both internal and external events. We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running – someone ideally with private equity / banking based experience or potentially someone with solid professional services experience, who has experience of delivering a wide range of events including small intimate gatherings to large scale conferences for 500+. Cvent experience would be useful.
Highly prestigious and well known bank is seeking an experienced Event Manager to join their team on a long term contract basis. This person will need to have first class end to end events experience gained in the financial services arena (potentially open to professional services). You will be responsible for running some of the firms largest, most complex and high profile events, so this role will only suit candidates with extensive experience who are happy to remain very hands on, in an execution based role. Additionally, whilst this role has no immediate line management responsibility, we are looking for candidates who have this experience, should the need arise.
